Jessica Koontz was awarded the M.Ed. in Physical Education Graduate Student Award for the 2007- 2008 academic year. The award is presented annually to the graduate student who best epitomizes academic achievement, HHP involvement, and overall industriousness. During the course of Jessica’s graduate program she was a teaching assistant while concurrently managing two fitness facilities. She eventually became co-owner of the two facilities. Jessica will graduate Spring 2008 with the highest GPA in the Sport and Fitness Administration program area.
